PyMOL: CompiCampus Course

Event

The Chemistry | Biology | Pharmacy Information Center is offering a training course for PyMOL, a 3D molecular visualization and analysis software that can produce high-quality renderings of biological macromolecules, such as proteins, DNA, or RNA, as well as small molecules.

PyMOL is commonly used in the life sciences for creating 3D images used in presentations, publications, and reports. In this course you will learn about the PyMOL interface, how to visualize molecules, how to make a short movie, and basic scripting.

Registration is managed by Compicampus and opens during the first week of the semester.
