Within the Compicampus IT short courses, the Chemistry | Biology | Pharmacy Information Center is offering a training course for PyMOL.
PyMOL is a 3D molecular visualization and analysis software. PyMOL can produce high-quality renderings of biological macromolecules, such as proteins, DNA, or RNA, but also it can also display small molecules in 3D. It is commonly used in the life sciences for creating 3D images used in presentations, publications, and reports.
This workshop takes places via Zoom and will be held in English.
In this course you will learn about the PyMOL interface, how to visualize molecules, how to make a short movie, and basic scripting.
