Reservation of group rooms during the semester break

The group rooms can now be reserved for the learning phase. Read here how.

Reservations are only available for members of the departments D-CHAB, D-BIOL and D-MATL and cover the period from June 2 to September 5, 2025. Registrations will be accepted through May 28, 2025, by e-mail to infodesk(at)chem.ethz.ch or in person at the Infodesk. A list of the members of the study group must be enclosed with the application. Each person can only register on one list. Rooms will be assigned and learning groups notified on May 30, 2025.

Each of the five rooms will be assigned to a permanent group of up to eight members. If more than five applications are received, preference will be given to larger groups in order to maximize utilization. If groups are of equal size, the decision will be made by drawing lots.
