Reservation of group rooms during the semester break

Update: All group rooms have been reserved and groups notified by mail. During the semester break, the sixth group room HCI J 59.6 can be reserved on short notice (same day from opening) for full or half days (8 am–3 pm or 3–10 pm).

Reservations are only available for members of the departments D-CHAB, D-BIOL and D-MATL and cover the period from June 7 to September 9. Registrations will be accepted through May 26, inclusive, by email to infodesk(at)chem.ethz.ch or in person at the Infodesk. A list of the members of the study group must be enclosed with the application. Rooms will be assigned and learning groups notified on May 27.

Each of the five rooms will be assigned to a permanent group of up to eight members. If more than five applications are received, preference will be given to larger groups in order to maximize utilization. If groups are of equal size, the decision will be made by drawing lots.

If less than five registrations are received by May 26, the number of rooms still available will be announced on the Information Center website. After that, the remaining free rooms will be given to groups with at least four members as soon as a request is received.
