RxnFinder Trial Access

News

Up to April 30, 2014, ETH Zurich has access to the RxnFinder, the online search engine for the ChemInform Reaction Library (CIRX). CIRX contains over 1.7 million reactions and covers data from 1990 to the present, with data selected from about 100 journals.

CIRX is produced by organic chemists as a useful tool for the synthetic organic chemist. Originally developed and distributed by FIZ Chemie (Berlin) the product is now available through Wiley. Test access is made possible by the ETH-Bibliothek:

The RxnFinder is not to be confused with the RxnFinder of Wuhan University, developed to search biochemical reactions from the KEGG reaction database, Open Access under <link http: www.rxnfinder.org external-link-new-window external link in new>www.rxnfinder.org, see <link http: bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org content external-link-new-window external link in new>Bioinformatics (2011) 27 (17): 2465-2467.
